seriously? is that what dogwood looks like?
I don't think it grows here
nurse - this is the "drupe" (fruit) of a Cornus Kousa (kousa dogwood).... the bracts have fallen. The bracts (of this particular genus) are creamy white and papery & bloom in the spring. One of my favorite trees...
