yeah, can you translate? Sounds like alot of swimming. I tried to firm up a bit this morning by riding the bike. Not sure how far, didn't take note of time, but I was huffing and puffing, and getting passed a lot - F!
HOLY CRAP!! That's a lot of swimming!! My goggles started to fog up reading your workout!!!
Hard? Are you kidding me? I do that and more . . . in my dreams!!! Here's what I have never been able to do: keep count of my lengths during a workout. When I got to about 14 lengths yesterday, I got confused and gave up. So I just kept swimming for awhile. Ended up being a 20 minute non-stop swim as a warm-up. Then I started doing sprints. That was my third straight day in the pool. How do you do it?
The pools around here are about 10 feet long and nearly pure chlorine. I have to surf to stay fit. Oh well, if I must....
