sauteed in peanut oil & butter....to accompany halibut cheeks (which gaz caught yesterday), baby asparagus & red potatoes mashed.

WOW seriously I didn't know mushrooms grew on trees. (I'm pretty ignorant about mushrooms). Golly your dinner sounds divine. Oh and I haven't been to Davenport this year but thank you, that was a good reminder to go this summer.
